  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

  • An incorrect item different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

    These factors are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement.
